Enterprising BL model cocktail, with 1800 Super Landcrab's structure, suspension and general layout, mated to transverse E6 engine (one-and-a-half Maxi 1500s, really) for power. Smooth and silky, but still afflicted by dumpy style, with few distinguishing features. Like other Austins, also badge-engineered as Morris. Also displaced by 18-22 'wedgie' models in 1975. Good value then, with 105mph top speed, but who cares now?
